EHS Advisor in London

I’m currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in West Lothian looking to appoint an EHS Advisor to support their operations across multiple sites. This is a hands‑on role with real scope to influence and improve health, safety, and environmental performance.
The Role
Provide day‑to‑day EHS support and guidance to site teams
Ensure compliance with UK & Scottish legislation and company standards
Support and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis
Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks
Track and report EHS KPIs, driving continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
NEBOSH Certificate
Experience within manufacturing, process, or industrial environments
Strong understanding of health & safety and environmental legislation
Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
Proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
