I’m currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in West Lothian looking to appoint an EHS Advisor to support their operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role with real scope to influence and improve health, safety, and environmental performance.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day EHS support and guidance to site teams
- Ensure compliance with UK & Scottish legislation and company standards
- Support and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Track and report EHS KPIs, driving continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Experience within manufacturing, process, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of health & safety and environmental legislation
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
