What You’ll Be Driving
- Full ownership of ISO 9001 and CE Marking — not just maintaining it, but strengthening it
- Leading audits with confidence and credibility
- Using SPC, Lean and Six Sigma to turn data into action
- Identifying trends, eliminating repeat issues, and locking in improvements
- Working closely with customers to understand expectations and embed quality into their processes
- Partnering with suppliers to drive better performance, smarter spend, and higher standards
- Leading, developing and motivating a committed quality team
- Training operators and embedding quality thinking across the shop floor
- Keeping systems accurate, integrated, and easy to use
- Making sure quality data supports smarter decisions at every level
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience at Quality Manager level
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (hands-on auditing experience is essential)
- Background in manufacturing quality, testing, compliance and standards
- Data-driven, improvement-focused, and naturally curious about how things can work better
- Confident communicator — comfortable challenging, influencing and collaborating
