Nairn's Oatcakes in Bonnyrigg is seeking an Engineer with an electrical bias to join our engineering team. This hands-on role focuses on keeping plant and equipment running safely and efficiently, with a mix of planned and reactive maintenance.
You will carry out preventative maintenance, fault finding, equipment installation and commissioning, and work closely with Production and Technical teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
