We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our friendly, community-focused pub in the heart of St Margaret's.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both regulars and new guests.

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the overall operation of the pub
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Managing shifts and ensuring smooth service
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- Supporting stock control, ordering, and compliance procedures
- Helping drive sales and community engagement initiatives
- Passionate about marketing and creating engaging social media content
- Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation
