Whether you're an experienced SEND Teacher, an experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, a Teaching Assistant in Early Years, Primary, or Secondary, or someone with transferable skills eager to break into SEND – you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

What We Offer:
- Top Pay Rates – Because Your Work Matters
- TAs & LSAs: £100–£125 per day
- HLTAs: £135–£170 per day
- Teachers: We’ll match or exceed your current scale + STN bonuses
- Opportunities Across East London Settings in Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Havering
- Roles available in Early Years, Primary, and Secondary SEN provisions
- Full-Time, Long-Term Roles Starting 5th January 2026 with the potential for permanent placements for the right candidates
