Are you passionate about making a real difference to the inclusion of children with special needs within a mainstream primary school?

Start Dates: One immediate start | One September 2025

We are Rising Hope Education, and we are proud to partner with one of London’s most inclusive, nurturing, and forward-thinking mainstream primary schools. We are currently on the lookout for two outstanding Learning Support Assistants to join their dedicated team - one to start in the coming weeks and another for the new academic year in September. This is a school where every child genuinely matters, and where your role will directly impact the development, confidence, and inclusion of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will be part of a warm, welcoming community that values support, structure, and heart.

What’s on offer:

  • Pay: £105 per day for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £115 per day after that
  • Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only, strong potential to go permanent for the right person
  • Training: Comprehensive SEND and safeguarding training provided, ongoing CPD opportunities, all training costs fully covered
  • Supportive Pathways: Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, this school invests in people who are ready to commit and grow, option to continue on a long-term contract into the next academic year if desired

What we’re looking for:

  • A patient, enthusiastic and resilient personality
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
  • Either experience in a similar setting, or a strong willingness to learn and commit
  • Someone seeking to make a long-term difference in children’s lives

If you’re ready to take on a role where every day counts, this is your chance. These are not just jobs – they’re opportunities to shape futures, including your own. Apply now or call Lee Blake directly to discuss securing your place for either the current term or the new academic year. These roles won’t be around for long!
