Current Opportunities

We are recruiting for multiple long‑term SEND roles starting between February and April 2026, including:

  • Early Years, Primary and Secondary settings
  • Mainstream SEN and specialist provisions
  • Mild to complex needs environments
  • SEMH, ASD, ADHD, PMLD and Global Delay support

All roles are full‑time and long‑term, with strong potential for permanent placement.

Pay Rates

We offer competitive daily rates in line with experience and responsibilities:

  • Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants: £100 - £125 per day
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants: £135 - £170 per day
  • Teachers: MPS/UPS equivalent plus SEN enhancements

We regularly review and match current market rates.

Professional Support

All candidates receive personalised support throughout the recruitment and placement process, including:
