What We Offer: * Pay rates: £100–£135 per day for TAs, £135–£170 for HLTAs * Other specialist rates available based on skills and experience * Full-time, long-term roles starting this September * Opportunities across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary * Clear progression pathways, mapped with you from day one * Training provided for candidates new to SEND * Personalised support throughout your placement – no call centres, just real guidance Who We\’re Looking For: * SEND TAs and HLTAs with classroom experience * 1:1 Support staff with a nurturing, adaptable approach * Individuals with backgrounds in behaviour, care, youth services, SEMH or complex needs * Calm, compassionate, reliable team players – committed to inclusion and impact SEND is more than a role – it’s a calling.
