We are currently seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated, skilled, and supportive SEND team working with pupils who require highly personalised learning and care. The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, supporting academic, emotional, and social development. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values reflective practice, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs
  • Delivering structured learning and behaviour support

Candidate Profile
