Rising Hope Education is proud to be working in close partnership with a highly regarded specialist SEN school in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. We are currently seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated, skilled, and supportive SEND team working with pupils who require highly personalised learning and care. The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, supporting academic, emotional, and social development. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values reflective practice, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs
- Delivering structured learning and behaviour support
- Implementing communication and sensory strategies
- Supporting emotional regulation and engagement

Candidate Profile
We are seeking professionals who demonstrate:
