The Best Early Years Practitioners Understand One Simple Truth... Every child develops differently. Rising Hope Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and highly inclusive primary school in Canning Town, which is seeking an outstanding EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and understands how important those first years of education can be.

The school has a wonderfully diverse intake and a strong reputation for inclusion. Within the setting, there are a number of children with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Speech and Language Needs, Social Communication Difficulties and Sensory Processing Needs. As a result, we’re looking for someone who can confidently support children across a wide range of abilities and developmental stages.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff within the Early Years setting, helping children to develop academically, socially and emotionally. • Understand child development and early learning
  • Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism (ASC)
  • Are patient, energetic and nurturing
  • Can build positive relationships quickly
  • Are committed to helping every child succeed

Why This School?

This is a school where inclusion isn’t a buzzword. It’s embedded within everything they do. Staff are genuinely valued, children are known as individuals and there is a strong culture of teamwork throughout the school.
