We're looking for a
Senior Producer to lead production across both live experiences and content.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can oversee, as well as lead projects from brief to delivery while helping shape how production operates across the business.
You'll run the production team, mentor producers, drive operational excellence and ensure every event, shoot and campaign is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of events, branded experiences, campaigns and content shoots from brief through to delivery.
- Act as the senior production lead, mentoring and supporting the wider production team while maintaining high standards across every project.
- Drive improvements to production processes, workflows, documentation and operational best practice.
- Own project budgets, timelines and resource planning, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, profitably and to an exceptional standard.
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and management across venues, crew, production partners, freelancers and technical suppliers.
- Oversee live event delivery, ensuring smooth execution while confidently managing clients, talent, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Produce branded content shoots, managing locations, schedules, equipment, crew and talent logistics.
- Work closely with Creative, Partnerships and delivery team to ensure ideas are both creatively ambitious and operationally deliverable.
- Support pitches with production expertise, feasibility advice and budget estimates.
- Build and maintain a trusted network of suppliers and production partners.
- Required Experience
8+ years' experience delivering branded content, live events and experiential productions within an agency, production company or in-house creative team.
- Proven experience leading complex productions from concept through to delivery.
- Experience mentoring or leading producers within a collaborative team.
- Strong experience across both content production and live events . This is essential.
- Excellent commercial understanding with experience managing substantial production budgets.
- Experience working with talent, creators or athletes is advantageous.
- Experience within sport, entertainment, media or youth culture is desirable.
