  • Position Title: Office Manager & Personal Assistant
  • Reports To: Founders, Rising Ballers Group

Position Summary

The Office Manager & Personal Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Rising Ballers Group’s Shoreditch office while providing dedicated administrative and personal assistance support to the company’s three Founders. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace, maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment along with supporting the founders with administrative, scheduling and organisational responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, always thinking ten steps ahead, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management & Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day administration and operation of the Rising Ballers Group office.
  • Ensure workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces are maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facilities management.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture, and inventory.
  • Liaise with building management, contractors, service providers, and vendors.
  • Oversee office health and safety procedures and maintain compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate office moves, workspace planning, and office improvements when required.
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
  • Be part of the RB social committee, helping plan our regular socials and team offsites.
  • Ensure RB’s HQ remains a fun, sociable environment – implementing new ideas to improve the space
  • Take charge of Nando’s Thursdays Vendor & Service Provider Management
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Obtain quotations and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Monitor service quality and address operational issues when required.
  • Personal Assistant Support
  • Provide personal and administrative support to the three Founders.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling requirements.
  • Coordinate hospitality arrangements and client meetings.
  • Budget & Expense Administration
  • Assist with monitoring office-related budgets and expenditure.
  • Manage office-related purchasing.
  • Assist with expense submissions and reconciliations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (bonus if you use Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Working Conditions
  • Based at Rising Ballers Group’s Shoreditch office Monday – Thursday (Friday WFH)
  • Regular interaction with founders, employees, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Occasional flexibility may be required to support meetings, events, or Director schedules outside standard office hours.
  • 25 days of annual leave with an opportunity to increase up to 28 with length of service
