We are looking for an Account Director to join our team and support our activity with key partners - the likes of Nike, BBC, EA & more.

This is an exciting role with ample room for progression.

Immediate start with max 4 weeks notice is desirable but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of overall delivery of a client project, from inception through to PCA
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, directing internal teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time & to a high quality
  • Project management to ensure project deliverables meet the client’s expectations when we execute
  • Management of the overall project budget; clearly defining scope, managing and negotiating costs, monitoring margin and monitoring quality of delivery targets
  • Review, steer and successfully execute against the full marketing funnel mix when we execute our campaigns, optimising each area effectively per launch
  • Stakeholder management with our client(s) as first senior point of contact – through high quality governance principles (daily chats, weekly calls & reports)
  • Proactive planning of future project milestones, and anticipating future client needs & requirements as the project evolves and market shifts
  • Your required experience
  • 6+ years’ experience delivering projects in the media, advertising or football industry
  • Proven track record of delivering small & large projects within said industries
  • Demonstrable experience managing successful project teams from end-to-end
  • Excellent understanding of the advertising ecosystem; social media, digital, out of home, CRM, and website
  • Clear, demonstrable experience of communicating, presenting and influencing key stakeholders of an organisation
  • Experience working on large-scale content productions (ideally made for digital)
  • Experience managing large client budgets
  • Experience working with footballers is not essential but desired

  • Highly proficient & organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership; you take pride in your work
  • Advanced capability of MS office (Power Point/Keynote, Excel, Word)
  • Internet savvy & proficient in social media platforms and branded content
  • A love for football + culturally aware of latest trends within (from brands, athletes, clubs)
  • A strong commercial understanding of the sport industry, the key stakeholders that play within it and their roles
  • Data-literate; able to turn data into insights to shape strategic opportunities
  • Naturally thrive in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the box
  • Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial
