We shape culture every day; our channels feature daily content across social media channels, for young people aged 13-35 to consume.

We are looking for a Junior/Midweight Creative to join our team and support our activity with key partners - the likes of Adidas, Play Station, BBC & more.

This is an exciting role with ample room for progression.

Immediate start with max 4 weeks notice is desirable.

You’ll work closely with our experienced team, spanning creative, partnerships and production.

Helping to bring ideas to life that are grounded in culture, insight and a real understanding of what our audience cares about.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the development of creative concepts for brand and partner campaigns, from early ideation through to execution.
  • Contributing ideas that are rooted in football and youth culture where you like to keep your finger on the pulse.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider creative team alongside partnerships and production to help bring campaigns to life.
  • Helping to produce creative assets and content across a range of formats and platforms.
  • Supporting on shoots, activations and talent led content where required.
  • Researching trends, culture and audience insight to help inform and strengthen our input.
  • Assisting the senior creatives with the delivery of larger campaigns, taking on increasing ownership as you grow into the role.
  • Your required experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a creative role within an agency, brand or publisher environment.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and a passion for football and the supporting world.
  • Some experience with productions would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience working with footballers is not essential but desired
  • Your required skills
  • A genuine, authentic interest in youth culture and where it intersects with sport.
  • Collaborative by nature, and comfortable working across different teams and disciplines
  • Highly proficient & organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership; you take pride in your work
  • Internet savvy & proficient in social media platforms and branded content
  • A love for men & women's football + culturally aware of latest trends within (from brands, athletes, clubs)
  • A keen interest in Art Direction
  • Hungry to learn new skills to further your output
  • Good communicator with a willingness to present internally
  • Naturally thrive in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the box
  • Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial
  • Graphic design experience is beneficial but not essential.
