Facilities Manager - Radlett - £45,000 - £50,000 per year + bonus I'm looking for a Facilities Manager to join a client of mine in Radlett. The role will involve primarily managing their office building in Radlett. The office building is an old manor house converted into an office - The role will focus on managing the building on a day to day basis, with a focus on Health and Safety (Must have NEBOSH or IOSH) alongside working with external contractors, maintaining vehicle logs and records.
You will need to demonstrate proven experience managing a large site from a facilities perspective. In an ideal world, this person will be hands on/practical and be able to complete any small repairs or maintenance around the office, rather than having to rely solely on contractors. The salary is from £45,000 up to £50,000 per year, alongside a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits. The role will be based 5 days a week onsite at their office in Radlett.
