Rising Associates is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for a growing London-based contractor. You will own 3–5 live projects from pre-start through to completion and defects, coordinating design information, programmes, and subcontract packages on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
You will lead client and design team meetings, report progress, and support estimating where needed. CDM 2015 knowledge, reading drawings, and a valid CSCS card are essential.
