A well-established construction and property services business is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of high-end residential and prime commercial properties throughout London and the surrounding areas.
Working with a high-value client base, you will coordinate contractors and manage both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring properties are maintained to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day property maintenance across residential and commercial properties
- Coordinate reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works
- Appoint and manage specialist contractors and service providers
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance requirements
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations
- Manage maintenance budgets, quotes and cost control
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors
- Maintain maintenance records and schedules
- Support property improvement and refurbishment projects
- Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, construction or building maintenance
- Proven experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes
- Strong knowledge of building repairs, refurbishment and property compliance
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
