An established and highly regarded prime commercial and fit-out contractor with over 35 years experience is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager - Site Manager to join on a 6-month contract.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Project Manager / Site Manager (Number 1 on Site) to take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a high-end show room fit out project in W1J. This is a senior site-based role, overseeing all aspects of delivery to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise directly with the client, design, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the construction programme and monitor progress against key milestones
- Lead subcontractor coordination and oversee daily site activities
- Maintain exceptional health, safety, and quality standards
- Produce regular progress and site reports
- Oversee procurement and delivery scheduling
- Manage snagging and final handover
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project or Site Manager / No.1 on Site
- Proven background in prime or listed residential projects
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient with Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid certified
