About Lunim Studio: Lunim is Risidio’s newly launched studio and product ecosystem spanning film and technology. It supports creators, organisations, and communities operating in complex and fast-changing environments through applied research, design-led thinking, and strategic delivery.

About the Opportunity: This is an AI-literate marketing internship designed for early-career candidates who want to build a strong portfolio through hands-on work across marketing communications and market research. You will be supported in developing capability across the full cycle, from insight to communication and recommendation.

What You Will Work On:

  • Marketing Communications: Drafting and refining social media posts, newsletters, and blog content using AI-assisted tools; Supporting content planning and campaign coordination; Preparing communication assets and presentations; Monitoring engagement and performance metrics with guidance.
  • Market and Marketing Research: Desk research, market scanning, and competitor analysis; Audience research through surveys, interviews, analytics, or secondary data; Synthesising qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear insights; Translating research findings into briefs and communication recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Currently studying at Master’s level, in the final stage of undergraduate study, on a placement year, or with equivalent practical experience, or recently graduated.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing communications, market research, or insight-led strategy.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Comfort using tools such as Canva, social media platforms, basic analytics tools, content scheduling or publishing tools, and lightweight video editing tools.
  • Curiosity about data, audiences, and behaviour.
  • Openness to learning AI-assisted workflows.
  • Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with analytics, research, or marketing performance tools.
  • Experience with email platforms, content management systems, or campaign reporting.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tools for research or content creation.
  • Experience working on research projects, campaigns, or client-facing work.
  • Interest in Web3, decentralised systems, or emerging technology.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Miro, or Trello.

How We Work: AI is used to support drafting, analysis, organisation, and first-pass research. Human judgement, interpretation, and creativity remain central. Work is delivered in small, manageable cycles with regular feedback. Learning and reflection are built into day-to-day work.

Who This Role Is For: This role is suited to someone who is early in their marketing or research career, or transitioning into the field, and highly motivated. They should want to learn how insight informs communication and decision-making, be comfortable learning through practice, feedback, and iteration, and enjoy working in a collaborative, remote environment.
