About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Engineer / IT Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running, security, and development of our IT systems and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, supporting teaching, learning, and business operations while helping the organisation maximise the value of technology including emerging tools such as AI.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Support & Service Delivery
- Provide 1st to 3rd line technical support to staff and students
- Manage incidents and requests with a structured, customer-focused approach
- Support classroom technology, AV systems, and interactive displays
- Deliver training to staff and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Maintain and administer Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and core systems
- Manage Active Directory / Entra ID, servers, and cloud environments
- Support network infrastructure (wired and wireless)
