Risepoint is an education technology company that provides world-class support and trusted expertise to more than 100 universities and colleges. We primarily work with regional universities, helping them develop and grow their high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in critical areas such as nursing, teaching, business, and public service. Risepoint is dedicated to increasing access to affordable education so that more students, especially working adults, can improve their careers and meet employer and community needs.

The Impact You Will Make: This role drives the success of our university partnerships at Risepoint by developing and executing marketing strategies that attract and engage learners from across the globe. As a key member of the Product and Partner Marketing team, you'll translate brand and programme insights into campaigns that deliver measurable enrolment growth and strengthen partner relationships. Your work will directly support Risepoint’s mission to expand access to education and help universities reach more students around the world.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive partner and programme growth: Lead marketing planning and execution for assigned university partners, ensuring campaigns effectively reach and convert domestic and international learners, directly contributing to enrolment and revenue goals.
  • Champion global audience engagement: Develop marketing approaches tailored to diverse international audiences - using insights on regional motivations, behaviours, and channels to help partners expand their global reach and impact.
  • Deliver high-performing integrated campaigns: Plan and optimise multi-channel campaigns (including digital, affiliate, and event and webinar marketing) that build brand awareness, improve lead quality, and deliver measurable ROI across programmes.
  • Steward brand integrity and storytelling: Collaborate with internal creative, digital experience and product marketing teams, and external creative agencies, to ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging that reflect a commitment to accessible, career-relevant education.
  • Leverage insights for strategic growth: Use data, market trends, and partner feedback to inform campaign plans and guide continuous improvement, helping shape future investment decisions and product marketing direction.
  • Build strong partner and cross-functional relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact with university partners and a connector within Risepoint - helping to deliver shared partner goals and ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
  • Create scalable, sustainable marketing impact: Work with the wider product marketing team to establish repeatable processes, best practices, and performance benchmarks for the UK that enable long-term partner success and support the Risepoint mission to expand educational access at scale.
  • Lead media planning and execution for direct and affiliate media buys: Align spend with campaign objectives and partner goals, and use data-driven insights to guide investment decisions and improve quality, conversion, and ROI.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Partner Impact: University partners view you as a trusted marketing advisor - campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to enrolment goals, and contribute to measurable growth in student recruitment and brand visibility.
  • Campaign Excellence: Integrated marketing campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance targets, with data-driven optimisations that improve lead quality, conversion, and return on investment.
  • Collaboration and Influence: You build strong, cross-functional relationships across functions driving alignment, clear communication, and a unified approach to partner and product portfolio growth.

How Impact Will be Measured in the First Year:

  • Partner and programme growth: Contribution to student recruitment and revenue targets across assigned university partners. Demonstrated improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance based on campaign execution.
  • Campaigns: Performance of media plans across direct and affiliate channels, including ROI, cost per lead (CPL), cost per enrollment (CPE), and return on ad spend. On-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns and assets, and data-driven optimisation that leads to improved efficiency, higher engagement, and stronger creative performance.
  • Brand and stakeholder alignment: Successful development and maintenance of clear, differentiated partner brand positioning, reflected in consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. Production of quality reporting and insights, producing actionable performance.

Experience That Matters Most:

  • Product marketing and campaign expertise: 4+ years’ experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in education.
  • Global audience insight: Proven ability to craft strategies for international markets, tailoring messaging, media, and channels to diverse regional motivations and cultural contexts.
  • Media and channel management: Skilled in media planning and buying, managing direct and affiliate partnerships, and integrating webinars and virtual events.
  • Marketing Project Management: Strong grasp of brand positioning and audience segmentation, with a track record of managing complex projects, stakeholders, and agency partners from planning through optimisation.

Experience That’s Great To Have:

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or BI dashboards.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across teams and partner organisations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
