The Impact You Will Make
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will shape how students discover, understand and connect with our university partners and their programs. Your work will directly influence student recruitment by creating content that is accurate, inspiring and easy to find across digital channels. You’ll elevate the visibility of Risepoint partners, strengthen partner brand storytelling and ensure students have the information and motivation to make confident decisions about their future.
What You Will Do
- Content planning and execution: Implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with partner objectives and student recruitment goals, managing the end‑to‑end content pipeline, including planning, content calendar management, workflow coordination and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
- Content creation and storytelling: Produce high‑quality, engaging digital content across multiple formats, including programme pages, blogs, landing pages, paid advertising copy, social content, video scripts and student and alumni stories to build authenticity, trust and engagement across programmes and partners.
- SEO / AEO and performance optimisation: Work with the digital experience team to implement SEO/AEO best practice through keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content structuring and regular performance monitoring to improve programme reach.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with UK/EMEA senior product marketing managers and creative teams to produce cohesive storytelling and on‑brand messaging across all partner content, ensuring all content reflects the voice, values and quality of both Risepoint and its university partners.
- AI enablement and content operations: Participate in AI‑enabled content initiatives, piloting tools, developing best practice and supporting better content efficiency and quality across UK and EMEA marketing, driving organic growth, conversion and improved ROI.
- Research: Work with the director and senior product managers to conduct research that supports new programme launches, analyses market and search demand, informs content positioning and helps shape the Risepoint UK portfolio.

- Content Planning and Delivery: Implement a clear, data‑informed content strategy across our portfolio of partners that drives measurable improvements in organic traffic, search visibility and student conversions, contributing to measurable growth in student recruitment and brand visibility.
- Content Production: Deliver high‑quality, engaging content consistently across channels, aligned with partner needs and recruitment priorities.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration within the UK/EMEA team, across central Risepoint marketing services and with our network of creative agencies and vendors, resulting in more effective campaigns.
How Impact Will Be Measured In The First Year
- Partner and programme growth: Growth in organic search performance across all EMEA partners and programmes (visibility, rankings, impressions and traffic).
- Content Performance: Improved efficiency, higher engagement and conversion rates across high‑priority programme pages and campaign assets.
- Implementation: Successful delivery of the content strategy and roadmap for key partners and portfolios, leading to improved performance across organic channels.
Experience That Matters Most
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing content management, content writing or copywriting, ideally within education, edtech or a related sector.
- Proven capability in planning and delivering content across multiple formats, including managing content calendars, workflows and multi‑brand storytelling.
- Skilled in using analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush) and interpreting data to inform actionable content recommendations and briefs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
