Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating and providing feedback with clients regarding on-site issues of overseas projects, and following up and handling internal problems.
- Responsible for managing the resource pool of third-party suppliers, assigning work orders and conducting closed-loop management, and providing remote support and training for third-party engineers.
- Participate in the review of warranty and extended warranty terms, and control the terms of after-sales contracts at the business end.
Requirements:
- Working experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry is preferred, with work and study experience in science and engineering fields, and over 5 years of working experience. Mother tongue: Chinese; fluent oral English communication.
- On-site project management skills, internal and external communication and coordination skills for client issues. Proficient in using Office, with certain data analysis capabilities.
- Able to adapt to frequent business trips. Personnel with local electrician certificates are preferred.
