AEM Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Reading/London Hybrid

Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 + Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Subject Matter Expert to join our product engineering team, supporting critical customer engagements with a focus on cloud infrastructure, application reliability, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical support for top-tier customers across their AEM cloud infrastructure
• Provide hands-on technical expertise in cloud-native environments
• Develop and maintain robust cloud solutions using cutting-edge technologies
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in high-stakes environments

Technical Requirements

Essential Skills

• Expert-level working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Strong programming proficiency in:
• Java (primary language)
• Python
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Extensive experience with cloud-native technologies
• Kubernetes (K8s) expertise
• Azure cloud platform experience
• Comprehensive understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting web-based applications
• Background in customer-facing technical roles
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies
• Testing protocols and automation expertise
