Bromley Office based with travel to events. My client, a leading property investment training and mentorship organisation, has trained over 8,700 investors in the past year—helping clients build six-figure monthly incomes through proven property strategies. They're now looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives in high-ticket sales and wants to be part of something that genuinely changes people's financial futures.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving growth through high-value consultative sales—think £3,000+ training packages, coaching programmes, and mentorship memberships.
  • Working leads via telephone, presenting at live property events, and converting interest into long-term client relationships.
  • Building strategic partnerships across the property sector—mortgage advisors, solicitors, estate agents—and representing the business at networking events and exhibitions across the UK.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with a proven track record in high-ticket sales (3+ years minimum) who consistently hits six-figure annual targets.
  • Comfortable with consultative telephone sales, objection handling, and closing deals at live events.
  • Experience in property investment, education, or training sectors is a bonus, but what really matters is your hunger for success, resilience, and ability to build genuine relationships with clients.

What's on offer:

  • Free access to comprehensive property investment training.
  • Flexibility for telephone-based sales with regular travel to live events.
  • Direct mentorship from the founder and leadership team.
  • Real career progression as the business scales.

This isn't your typical BDE role. You'll be helping people build wealth, gain financial freedom, and transform their lives through property investment.
