Rise10 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and skilled Fabricator / Coded Welder on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturer within the structural steel and material handling sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development.

We are seeking a highly capable Coded Welder with proven experience in structural steel fabrication, including mezzanine floors and associated structural components, working to EN1090 standards. The successful candidate will be quality-focused, safety-conscious, and confident working both independently and as part of a wider fabrication team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out MIG and MAG welding on structural steel fabrications, including mezzanine floors and cantilever racking systems
  • Work in line with EN1090 Execution Class 2 standards and all associated quality and safety procedures
  • Read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings accurately
  • Follow WPQR and WPQS welding specifications
  • Conduct visual inspections and assist with non-destructive testing (NDT) where required
