We're representing a growing Warehouse Solutions Group looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join their finance team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in a finance transformation project within a multi-entity business. You’ll take ownership of producing accurate monthly management accounts across several group companies while helping improve and streamline existing manual processes. For the right person, this is a chance to really make your mark.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Producing monthly management accounts across multiple entities
  • Preparing P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting
  • Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
  • Managing the fixed asset register
  • Variance analysis against budgets and prior periods
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and VAT returns
  • Assisting with year-end audit requirements
  • Producing ad hoc financial analysis and reports
  • Supporting improvements across the finance function

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous management accounts experience
  • Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
  • QBE, AAT, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA considered
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Proactive, detail-focused and organised
  • Comfortable working with manual processes and driving improvements
  • Xero and/or SAP experience advantageous
