Rise10 Recruitment are working with a leading UK engineering manufacturer specialising in the design and build of bespoke special purpose machinery and automated systems who are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their growing technical and project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of engineering projects from initial concept through to installation and final handover. You’ll be working across multiple high-value projects, coordinating technical, manufacturing, and customer requirements to ensure successful delivery. The role offers a high level of variety, responsibility, and exposure to complex engineering systems within a supportive and highly experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full technical project lifecycle from quotation through to installation and handover
- Define project briefs and gather all technical data required for successful delivery
- Support resource planning including internal teams and external suppliers
- Manage customer, supplier, and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery
- Ensure technical compliance against customer requirements and internal standards
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects at different stages of maturity
- Manage project documentation including BOMs, technical files, and financial tracking
- Define and coordinate project testing requirements
- Support ISO 9001 quality management system compliance across projects
- Assist engineering and management teams where required
- Domestic and occasional international travel may be required
