About the Role

You'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for engineers and technicians, ensuring they can operate, troubleshoot, and optimise complex control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on automation control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and related technologies.
- Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises tailored to different skill levels.
- Conduct classroom and workshop training sessions for engineers and technicians.
- Provide instruction on industrial network communication and protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and TCP/IP.
- Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and ensure competency in system operation and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on emerging automation and networking technologies and incorporate them into training content.
- Collaborate with project teams to align training with project requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with industrial automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
- Strong understanding of control logic, instrumentation, industrial networking, and communication protocols.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical learning.
- Ability to design hands-on training modules and troubleshoot real-world scenarios.
