Rise10 Recruitment are working with a fast-growing construction and engineering group delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and building services projects across the UK. Operating across commercial interiors, M&E, and civil engineering, they provide fully integrated project delivery from early design through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator who enjoys being involved at the front end of projects and takes ownership of cost planning, tendering, and early-stage project development.

The role will see you play a key part in the pre-construction process, analysing project information, preparing competitive tenders, and supporting delivery teams with accurate cost planning and coordination. Projects typically range up to £3m across commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment, interiors, electrical, and building services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Producing accurate cost estimates and bid submissions
  • Completing take-offs for labour and material requirements
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing
  • Supporting tender reviews and project handover meetings
  • Conducting site visits and surveys where required
  • Raising RFIs and clarifying project specifications with clients
  • Assisting with project planning and sequencing
  • Providing regular updates to senior management
About You
  • Previous experience as an Estimator or Pre-Construction professional within commercial construction
  • Experience managing the full tender submission process
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
  • HNC/HND in Construction, Built Environment, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • CSCS card holder
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and IT skills
