Rise10 Recruitment are working with a well-established multidisciplinary construction and engineering group delivering integrated solutions across building, engineering, fit-out, refurbishment, commercial interiors, electrical, AV, and data services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial and industrial construction projects across the UK.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for managing project delivery teams, supporting Project Managers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams, you will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring consistency of delivery across a varied project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from start to completion
  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers and site-based delivery teams
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets, resources, and performance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Develop delivery strategies, project plans, and programmes in collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, and operational delivery across multiple sites
  • Provide technical guidance, problem-solving support, and leadership across live projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, CDM regulations, RAMS, and company procedures
  • Monitor project risks, progress, and commercial performance, providing regular reports to senior management
  • Drive a positive, high-performing culture while supporting the development and growth of project delivery teams
About You
  • NVQ Level 6, Degree in Construction Management (or related discipline), or equivalent industry experience
  • SMSTS qualified, CSCS card holder, and First Aid trained
  • Proven experience delivering commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role, managing Project Managers and site-based teams
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, CDM regulations, and RAMS processes
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (CAD knowledge beneficial)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
