Rise10 Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established leader in warehouse design, storage solutions, and material handling equipment. They’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Solutions & Project Delivery team - a pivotal role where you’ll take the reins on complex, high-value projects and see them through from first sketch to final handover. This isn’t just about keeping projects on track; it’s about bringing structure to big ideas, turning plans into action, and ensuring clients feel confident every step of the way. Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll have the autonomy to lead, the backing to succeed, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design Stage: Work closely with the Solutions team to identify potential project risks early, manage the design register in line with the RIBA framework, and develop high-level project plans to support formal tender submissions.
- Planning & Set-Up: Ensure a seamless handover from Solutions to Project/Operational delivery. Refine project plans, lead internal kick-off meetings, and establish key control documents including risk logs, action trackers, and budgets.
- Project Leadership: Assign tasks strategically based on team strengths and stakeholder expertise. Keep momentum high and everyone aligned.
- Monitoring & Control: Track performance against timelines and budgets, manage margins, and keep a close eye on delivery milestones to ensure everything lands exactly where it should.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, stakeholder actions, and financial performance - keeping both clients and leadership confidently in the loop.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
- A strong track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects
- Background in warehousing or storage solutions is advantageous, though experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or logistics environments will also be highly regarded.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and decisive under pressure
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
