Rise 10 Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with a well-established, and growing, High-End Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Electrical Installations company based in Northampton, who are looking to grow their team by appointing a fully qualified Senior Electrician.

Our client takes great pride in their work and have built a business on quality installations and repeat business. They strive to attend to their customers' needs at all times and take pleasure in completing jobs on time and within budget, every time.

The preferred candidate will have experience leading a team of electricians on commercial installations running the installation in terms of day-to-day activities, working closely with contracts managers. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have the drive to move forward with professional development courses and want to grow within the company.

Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervise junior electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and training as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years' experience ideally
  • Level 3 diploma in electrical installation
  • 18th edition wiring regs
  • ECS Gold Card
  • 2391 inspection and testing
  • SSSTS is desired or willing to complete SSSTS course
