Role: CNC Programmer/ Setter/ Operator Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) As a CNC Programmer Operator you’ll be a key part of a precision engineering team, producing high quality components for industry leading niched manufacturing equipment. Working in a small and dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting and operating a range of CNC machines, using Siemens 828D and ProtoTRAK controls. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist with a passion for quality and precision, who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement. Whether you're an experienced CNC operator or someone who has just started out on their CNC career, looking to build on strong fundamentals, you’ll be supported in developing your skills and contributing to innovative manufacturing projects.
