Operating across commercial interiors, M E, and civil engineering, they provide fully integrated project delivery from early design through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator who enjoys being involved at the front end of projects and takes ownership of cost planning, tendering, and early-stage project development. The role will see you play a key part in the pre-construction process, analysing project information, preparing competitive tenders, and supporting delivery teams with accurate cost planning and coordination. Projects typically range up to £3m across commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment, interiors, electrical, and building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Producing accurate cost estimates and bid submissions
- Completing take-offs for labour and material requirements
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing
