The Role
The UK & Ireland market is one of Rise Up’s most strategic growth priorities. As Marketing Manager, UK & Ireland, you will be the local marketing lead responsible for driving pipeline generation, strengthening brand awareness and supporting customer growth across the region. Acting as the bridge between global marketing strategy and local market execution, you will own the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing initiatives tailored to the UK & Ireland market. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and the wider Marketing team to ensure our activities generate measurable business impact. This is a highly visible role offering significant autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth.

Generate qualified pipeline, strengthen Rise Up’s market presence and support revenue growth across the UK & Ireland through data-driven, customer-centric marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Own and execute the UK&I marketing plan to generate qualified pipeline and support revenue targets.
- Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel campaigns across inbound, events, content, partnerships and ABM; leveraging CRM, AI and growth tools.
- Design and deploy lead nurturing programmes that improve lead engagement, increase conversion rates and maximise marketing contribution to revenue.
- Support regional event marketing initiatives including trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars and customer events.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to improve organic visibility, website traffic quality and lead conversion.
- Create and maintain local sales and partnerships enablement assets including presentations, one-pagers, case studies and competitive materials.
- Partner closely with Sales to identify growth opportunities and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Support customer engagement, advocacy and expansion initiatives, working closely with Customer Success.
- Track performance and continuously improve conversion rates, pipeline contribution and ROI providing regular reporting and insights on marketing performance and business impact.
Brand, Content & Market Development
- Strengthen Rise Up's visibility and credibility across the UK&I market.
- Create high-impact content tailored to the market, including webinars, case studies, customer stories, blog articles and thought-leadership pieces.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging to local market needs, working closely with Product Marketing to ensure local relevance of messaging and value propositions.
- Identify opportunities to position Rise Up as a recognised leader within the HRTech and Learning Technology ecosystem, through PR opportunities, partnerships, speaking engagements and industry events.
- Act both as the UK&I marketing point of contact across teams and as the “Voice of the Customer”, providing market and buyer insights to global teams.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, HRTech or a high-growth technology environment.
- Strong experience across campaign management, demand generation, content marketing, sales enablement and events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content for UK audiences and a deep understanding of UK&I buyer behaviours and business culture.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation and growth tools (HubSpot command highly desirable).
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- AI-native approach with a strong interest in emerging technologies and modern marketing workflows.
- Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with global and local stakeholders.
