This is a practical, workshop‑based role where you will remain technically involved while supporting and guiding a skilled team on a day‑to‑day basis.

They’re continuing to grow their UK production and are now seeking an experienced workshop professional to lead from the front across a multi‑department site covering machining, wiring, assembly, and product finishing.
In this role, you will be the go‑to person on the workshop floor, coordinating engineers, supporting daily operations, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll be hands‑on with both traditional and CNC machinery, play a key role in supporting new designs and prototypes, and work closely with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement.
