45,000 – 50,000 + Progression to Production Manager + Fantastic Training + High End Bespoke Projects + Pension + Holiday

Commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Norwell, Lincoln, Worksop, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, Grantham, Leicester, and surrounding areas

Are you experienced in working in a woodwork environment such as joinery, carpentry or similar looking for a company who will invest in you to give full training to progress your career into a management/ supervisory position, all the while working on varied high end bespoke projects where no two days are the same?

This company are manufacturers of high end wood products for the luxury residential sector, working with clients across the globe. Due to continued growth they are looking for someone with experience in the woodworking industry looking to step into a leadership position.

In this role you will be based within the wood-workshop, managing and supervising a team of approximately 10 members to ensure the day to day runs smoothly and production is completed on time and to a high quality.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the woodworking industry, such as in joinery or carpentry. Training will be given to become a Production Manager though any previous leadership experience is also highly beneficial.

The Role:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00
Day to day management of workshop
Leading a team of 10
Training will be given

Background in woodwork, joinery, carpentry
Looking to step into a leadership role
Any previous management or supervisory experience would be beneficial but not required
