The Role- Diagnose and repair mobile refrigeration units, aiming for first-time fixes
- Carry out on-site callouts at roadside locations, customer depots, and VMUs
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and fault investigations
- Support aftermarket activities, including service and test procedures
- Contribute to R&D and wider engineering investigations
- Experience in refrigeration or HVAC, with mechanical and basic electrical skills (F-Gas Cat 1, UK manual licence)
- Able to diagnose and repair faults efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for sustainability
