As Engineering & Programme Manager you will own the engineering function within a growing, high-performance manufacturing environment. You will lead the project pipeline from concept to production and shape the engineering and quality teams to be more structured and proactive. You will drive NPD and continuous improvement across Engineering and Manufacturing, delivering measurable impact. Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from brief to production
- Coach and develop the Engineering and Quality teams
- Drive NPD, process improvement and continuous improvement across Engineering and Manufacturing
- Manage engineering project pipeline, resource planning and programme delivery
- Transform the engineering function into a structured, proactive, data-driven department
