The day to day tasks for this role will be to work either remotely or onsite and troubleshoot faults and issues of a CMS (Control Management System). You will be tasked to work alongside existing and new clients to provide support on technical queries. The successful candidate will run their own diary and will be required to occasionally travel to sites in the UK or exhibitions.
The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified (HNC/ NVQ/ HND etc), have experience working with a CMS system and able to work independently when needed. Training on a CMS system can be provided for the right person. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to establish themselves in an ambitious company and further progress their career longer term.
The Role:
- To troubleshoot and support sales, operations and clients
- Management of technical and operational functions of a CMS system
- Provide support to clients either remotely or onsite

- Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Electrical Engineer or CMS Engineer or Control Systems Support Engineer or Remote Commissioning Engineer or similar are encouraged to apply
