Ideally Located: Within 1 hour travelling to West Calder, Livingston, Whitburn, Winchburth, Kirkliston, Cramond, Falkirk.

Are you a Plant Fitter looking to join a rapidly expanding company? On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading supplier within their industry, who have an excellent reputation and somewhere that prioritises their staff with their personal development.

In this role you will be overseeing a local patch as well as being workshop based when required. You will be assisting the Plant Manager with organisation, as well as using your skills to help service and repair heavy plant equipment when required.

This role would suit a Plant Fitter looking to take the next steps to move up in their career, someone ready to take on more responsibility and whose aim is to progress into a fully-fledged Plant Foreman.

The Role:
  • PPM, repairing and servicing plant equipment at their multiple sites, predominantly across the Scottish central belt.
  • Doing a mixture of administrational work, as well as still being hands on.
  • Monday - Thursday, 7:45am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:45am - 2:45pm, 42 hours p/w.
The Person:
  • Someone ready to take on more responsibility within their career.
  • CSCS Card within date preferred.
  • Plant/heavy mechanical background.
  • NVQ/SVQ in relevant discipline.
