You will be responsible for:
- Producing accurate estimates from detailed drawings
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing bills of quantities and tender enquiries
- Monitoring project costs and margins
Working directly alongside the Director, you will take ownership of projects from enquiry through to handover whilst helping improve processes as the business continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator with residential or domestic experience who has a self-sufficient and personable approach to build strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
