The Role
- Process customer sales orders and quotations using SAP and ERP systems, issuing confirmations and dispatch dates
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery, arranging shipments and providing proof of delivery
- Support customers with order queries while maintaining strong working relationships
- Manage documentation, shared inboxes, and maintain accurate records using Excel, Teams, and internal systems
The Person
- Experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer support
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office
- SAP or ERP experience beneficial (training available)
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple orders
