In this role, you will support and manage pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to handover. You'll be involved in reviewing tenders, gathering subcontractor pricing, attending site visits, producing estimates, value engineering proposals, and preparing accurate handover packs for the delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with project management exposure who is keen to develop their expertise in a dynamic commercial fit‑out business.

The Role
  • Supporting pre-construction activities across commercial fit‑out projects
  • Reviewing enquiries, coordinating tenders, obtaining subcontractor pricing and preparing estimates
  • Undertaking site visits and inputting programme information into construction software
  • Contributing to value engineering, client proposals and presentation packs
  • Attending internal and external meetings and creating accurate handover documentation
The Person
  • Project management experience
  • Construction industry experience, with design & build / fit‑out advantageous
  • Previous pre-construction management exposure beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and construction programming
  • Good understanding of the RIBA stages
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence
