The company is expanding its project portfolio and is looking for an experienced Construction Director to take a senior position within the business and lead the successful delivery of its upcoming projects.
The role will initially focus on a major project in the Sheffield area, before taking responsibility for an expanding portfolio of projects across the UK.
You will lead the construction function, manage external contractors and ensure projects are delivered effectively across programme, budget, quality and safety.

The role: Lead major infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Take responsibility for programme, budget, quality, risk and H&S.
Lead and develop the construction team.
Control variations, costs, programmes and contractor performance.
Oversee project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
The person: Senior construction/infrastructure delivery experience.
Strong client-side or developer-side background.
Strong commercial and contract management experience.
Experience across pre-construction and live project delivery.
Experience with JCT, NEC or similar contracts.
Previous experience leading construction, project management or commercial teams.
Infrastructure, energy, utilities, industrial or civil engineering experience advantageous.
