Overview
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee electrical compliance work across multiple contracts and lead a small engineering team. You’ll drive planning, scheduling, and subcontractor management to maximize productivity and customer service. You will own commercial aspects, including pricing and margin control, with a clear path to senior leadership as the business grows. Responsibilities
- Operational ownership of electrical compliance work orders across multiple contracts
- Lead and develop a team of 4-5 engineers plus planning & scheduling
- Commercial responsibility: pricing remedials and installs, margin control, subcontractor rate negotiation
- Oversee work orders from instruction to completion
- Negotiate with subcontractors and manage external delivery to hit turnover and gross profit targets
Key requirements
