Are you a Technical Support Engineer looking to join a leading global company with excellent company benefits? On offer is a Monday to Friday role offering excellent training and progression opportunities, flexible hours and the chance to develop your career within an exciting industry. The company are a globally recognised powerhouse within the industry and specialise in bespoke products for the marine industry. Due to growth, they are looking to add a highly motivated Engineer to the team.
In this role you will provide hands-on technical support and manage customer queries, being the first port of call for their clients to resolve technical issues. As well as this there are opportunities to develop and progress into senior positions within the company. This role would suit a Technical Support Engineer or an Engineer looking to get off the tools, interested in a varied role within a large company with global travel.
The Role:
- Provide Technical Support through working alongside the Sales Team as the first port of call for customer claims/queries.
- Provide clarifications of technical questions and recommendations for improvements.
- 37.5 Hours - Monday to Friday - Flexible Hours with options of working between 7:00am - 7:00pm.
- All-expense covered global travel.
The Candidate:
- BEng in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel globally.
