Overview
As Technical Manager, you will act as the technical authority in fall protection and façade access, shaping standards and delivery. You’ll collaborate with Design, Installation, Compliance and Sales to steer technical strategy across the UK’s regulated market. Your leadership will grow technical capability through training and mentoring while reviewing designs for compliance. Responsibilities
- Act as the lead technical authority within the business

Key requirements
- Strong technical understanding of legislation and standards relating to work at height, fall protection or façade access
- CAD experience
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake overnight stays
